April is Physical Wellness Month, and honestly? The timing couldn’t be better. Milder weather, blooming flowers, and longer days make it easier to say “yes” to the things that support our well-being—whether it’s a morning walk in the sun, shaking up our routines, or finally clicking “order” on that one wellness product you keep hearing about (you know the one).
This season is the perfect excuse to check in with yourself: What’s working? What needs a reset? And how can you feel better—inside and out? Below are a few of my personal springtime favorites that support physical wellness, help minimize stress, and spark a little joy along the way. From non-toxic sunscreen to frozen mocktails, I’ve got you covered.
Let’s spring into feeling good.
Stay Sun-Safe (Without the Greasy Feel)
One of my must-haves this spring for staying safe in the sun? Crunchi’s Sunlight® Body SPF 30. It’s a water-resistant, non-toxic sunscreen that skips the white cast and greasy residue—finally! It’s also EWG Verified®, vegan, gluten-free, and plastic neutral, so it checks all the boxes for clean, conscious beauty. And honestly? It’s one of the few sunscreens I actually look forward to applying. You can grab this and other clean beauty staples in my Crunchi shop.
Mocktails That Spark Joy (And Hydration)
Cutting back on alcohol doesn’t have to feel boring. This frozen lemonade mocktail we made on Making It Weird with Jess & Jacob might just become your go-to spring drink. It’s made with cucumber, celery, lemon, basil, and galia melon—cool, crisp, and seriously refreshing.
Bonus: It’s gut-friendly and a great way to rehydrate and recharge after a workout or sunny walk. Pair it with some protein to make it a balanced snack or enjoy with a protein-rich meal.
Groceries That Save Time and the Planet
I recently started ordering groceries again from Misfits Market, and it’s been such a game-changer. This grocery delivery service helps reduce food waste by rescuing “imperfect” produce that would otherwise be tossed, and it saves you money compared to traditional grocery stores. It’s such an easy way to make your grocery routine more sustainable—and a lot less stressful.

Nutrition To-Go
As the weather warms up, travel picks up for a lot of us too. I have a few work trips coming up, plus an out of state wedding and another trip this summer I’m really excited about. I love AG1 travel packs for when I’m away from home and a little out of my food routine. It’s a convenient way to cover my nutrient bases, incorporate some stress-fighting adaptogens (anyone else struggle with travel anxiety?), plus probiotics and prebiotics to keep my digestion on track.
Spring Style, Sustainably Sourced
Something else I’ve been really into lately is finding new life from used clothing on ThredUp. I got some great “new” work pants and tops for some recent speaking engagements that I LOVE and it feels great knowing I’m doing something good for the planet. Fuel Your Muscles, Fuel Your Energy
Spring is a great time to focus more intently on health so you can gain renewed energy and get the most out of the season. I talk a lot with my clients about the importance of muscle mass and how to eat to support metabolic health, so I recorded a few podcast episodes on these topics. Check out the recent episodes on Why Muscle Mass Matters For Women and Easy Ways To Add Protein.
